• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

• Pan India: Free shipping on orders above ₹1499.

• A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies for orders below ₹1500.

• International shipping: International shipping is available. Whatsapp at +91 99802 74011 for international shipping charges.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 2-3 business days

• Other regions: 3–8 business days

• Delivery timelines may vary during festivals or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart depending on your location.

5. Tracking

• A tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

6. Delays / Undeliverable Orders

• We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues.

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• Please inspect the package upon arrival.

• If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
